Orders and Delivery

-What is the shipping charge for my purchase?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically for you as you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

-What if I have a large purchase?
All orders are shipped via UPS. If your order happens to need a crate, we will plan accordingly and issue you tracking information so that you can prepare before hand. 

-How do I order offline?

-How will I know that you've received my online order?
For your records, we suggest that you print the confirmation page that appears after your order is submitted. You will also receive an e-mail summary of your order.

-Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?
Yes. We produce an order in full before shipping it.

-Do you ship overseas?
Yes, but the shipping totals will not be calculated for this. Please send an e-mail for assistance with these types of purchases.

-When will I receive my order?
Please allow adequate time for us to produce your order. All items are made to order and shipped as quickly as possible. Feel free to request a ship date after submitting your order. All efforts will be made to accommodate requests, and orders generally ship in about 1 week.

Credit cards are charged when you submit your order.

Tax is dictated by the regulations of the state or province listed in the shipping address. Each state or province has different regulations for taxation of merchandise, freight, and handling.

-What do I do if I receive the wrong item?
Return the undamaged artwork to us in the original packaging and receive a full refund.

-What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
Please make a note of external damage to the package with the shipping company when you sign for the package. Call for customer service at (888) 958-8278

-How long does my refund take?
It may take a few days to process a refund after we receive your return.

-How do I cancel my order?
